Term And Condition

Please Read Carefully Before Proceed With Your Purchase:

1. We welcome serious buyer only.
   
2. No Cash-On-Delivery (COD) or Meet Ups.
3. Strictly No Price Bargaining please. We offer the best price for our beloved customer, and our profit margin is not high.
4. We will not held liable for any loss or damages during delivery. All order will be checked carefully before delivered to our customer.
5. All business made is Final. Thus, good sold is not returnable, refundable or exchangeable unless stated otherwise.
6. All order will be held for three (3) days only. If no mail or sms received within three (3) days, item will be released for other customer. And if you need extra time for payment, please email / sms us in advance.
7. All items will be delivered only after the payment has been made.
8. Please ensure that your shipping address location has someone in during daytime as PosLaju requires signature upon delivery. If not, they will drop the parcel at the nearest PosLaju office and you will have to collect it yourself there.
9. All information provided to us will be deemed personal and will be kept confidential.
10. We reserve the right to make changes on our site, policies and the terms and conditions at any point of time.

SHIPPING and DELIVERY

All order will be delivered by Pos Laju, default courier service.

DELIVERY TIME

Delivery will only be done on every Saturday each week. For Pre-Order item, once item is available and a notification will be sent, we'll proceed your order shipment the soonest possible.

DELIVERY CHARGES

Pos Laju: RM5.0 (apply to first 500 gram only. Any additional weight will be charge RM1 per 250 gram).

PRE-ORDER TERM and CONDITION

1. Think you're patience enough to wait, so your order is very welcome. I'm also not interested dealing with fuzzy + impatience person.
2. All order require 50% deposit for booking confirmation. Once payment is made, strictly no changes to the order is allowed. This is "Pre-Order", so if there is any changes or no stock available, we shall return your money or replace with other item.
3. A confirmation will be given upon arrival of the item, and remaining balance of 50% + shipping fee will be collected. All items will be delivered only after full payment has been made.
4. Once order placed to supplier, will take around 14 working days to arrive.
5. Once received and checked, we will send out the item within 1-7 days to all customers.
6. Our supplier located at overseas, sometime shipment might delay due to weather, customs clearance and other unforeseen circumstances.
